I just updated our blog to 2.4.5 and some new posts published (and we haven't figured out the pattern) automatically have a dash "-" added to the end of the URL filename which makes the "Read More" or "Comment" links to deadend to errors. If I simply delete that last "-" and save, everything works great.
There are some issues with upgraded blogs and urls that don't work. You can try to find the right option in Blog settings -> URLs. Try setting that to 'implicit on index.php'.
Some other changes are that spaces in the permanent url are replaced by dashes (-) instead of underscores (_). It may be your blog is affected by that. If you find a pattern please report, me may be able to fix it. If this persist please report in the bug section of this forum.
