My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hello, I'm just finishing up a blog and everything is good except the permalinks. I've tried both extra-path and parameter URLs, slug file and htaccess hacks, all without any success. When you click on the link, the page will try to load indefinitely (IE) or throw a Redirect Loop error in Firefox. Not sure what else to try so any help would be awesome.

Update - I was able to fix this by doing a complete reinstall of b2evolution and the database tables.
