My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I have two blogs on my b2evolution system which are both using the same skin and identical settings. I am using the system in Finnish language and the problem is that one of the blogs is showing parts of the texts in English.

For example in the post list the word Permalink is showing in English in the other blog and in Finnish in the other. I have double checked all the settings from the admin panel and also from the database. Both blogs should be identical in settings but still some of the texts fail to transfer in the other blog.

What could cause this?
