[2.x] Why wont User feedback automatically post

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

When a user writes feedback comments and hits “send comments” – why won’t it automatically post? All I see is a message about “awaiting moderation..” I don’t want to moderate every post that comes through. I tried changing the users level to 10 – I tried changing the user group all the way up to ADMIN - but the user still could not directly post a feedback comment??

The only user that can post feedback comments directly is ADMIN. So, are there some hidden built in rules that are stopping other users?

I am using b2evolution version 2.4.5

In Admin check the settings under Blog Settings -> Your Blog -> Features
Under the Feedback Options check ...
Comments ... Allow on all posts
and
New feedback status: Published

and see how you go.
