Yup.
You deleted a heck of a lot more than categories! There are no sample posts left, and all the default blogs are gone. Plus it looks like you told it your blog #1 is explicit on a URL or something like that. http://jancondon.com/blog/index.php?blog=1 still exists is what I mean, so it couldn't find anything because the way your back office is set up is such that it has to have ?blog=1 on the URL.
By the way, you're starting with an obsolete version. You'll have a very tough time getting any help for that one because most folk have moved on from it. Nothing wrong with that version - it was quite nice actually. BUT most people here who can and will offer help are into nice 2.4.6 stable release or the yucky 3.1.0 beta release. I suggest therefore that you immediately upgrade to v2.4.6 and get to know it before getting comfortable with 1.10.3 - but that's just my opinion :)
Oh and hey welcome to the forums! We *always* get right to the point in here. Never a wasted word - no sir not in these forums! Crisp clean shiny ... oh crap I gotta go get dog food!

Thanks so much for all your help. This version came with my webhost...Gonna try to install the latest version now.
Hi Yvettep and welcome to the forums.
If you've just installed your blog brand new then you can best resolve this by uploading a whole new b2evo installation, and this time use the most up-to-date version 2.4.6. You'll find it much better. But this will lose your existing posts if you have made any.
However if you want to persist with your existing installation you can get back into the admin console with this link

Try to recreate the missing blog/s and categories and you might find it works again.
