My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi, does any one can help me to undersand about this software b2evolution!

i have installed this software on my site and works great. My question is that if i have few members who use b2evolution from our website can member upload into they own blog website using b2evolution with out installing b2evoltuion !

For sample that person who installed b2evolution into site called www.deafblogs.com and i have my own blog website called www.alidadnet.net and use b2evolution from www.deafblogs.com and upload blog into alidadnet.net! this same tools that wordpress offer ftp something like that.

Can b2evolution can be done like that!
