[V3.2.0 beta] Archive only shows first page

My b2evolution Version: V3.2.0 beta

Following upgrade to V3.2.0 beta the archive only shows the first page per month. On clicking next page it recycles the first page. See also http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=18816. Prior to the upgrade all was well in V2.4.1

Yes, the browser address bar doesn't change at all no matter what pagination you select from the monthly archive.
EG Address Bar - m=200903&posts=100
Pagination link - blog=2&m=200903&paged=3
