My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I've viewed all the php files in the following folders; evocamp, custom and root directory, not to mentioned played around (alot) in the admin panel and read/re-read Docs/manual and can not find where to do the following:

1.) simply rename the links in the horizontal menu on evocamp template

2.) after changing the link name "about this system" I want this page to point to the evocamp as the other links are. Right now it's pointing to blog1 while the others are pointing to index.php...

I was, however, able to edit the style.css to get the look-n-feel of my main site.
