My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1

I have two problems installing b2evolution. I followed the installation procedure written here: http://manual.b2evolution.net/Install_b2evolution

When i execute the install script it will create the tables and after that it will create minimum data but i get some warnings with this step:

Warning: Unexpected character in input: '\' (ASCII=92) state=1 in /home/wouterkok.nl/www/blogs/inc/plugins/model/_plugins_admin.class.php on line 418

and

Warning: Unexpected character in input: ''' (ASCII=39) state=1 in /home/wouterkok.nl/www/blogs/inc/plugins/model/_plugins_admin.class.php on line 418

i'll get this warning a couple dozen time.

After this i get a "Installation successful!" so i continued to login with the credentials given. I get a message "The login window has expired. Please try again. "

I have used firefox 3.5 and IE7. Both browsers give me the same error. Even when i say accept all coockies.

Are both problems related or am i missing something in the installation
