New Installation

Having trouble with bugs on my old installation,, I thought I'd
try a new installation on another domain.

First of all, the config folder uploaded empty,, not sure why,,
I did it several times, same result.

So I went to the install page anyway, and saw instructions to
change the config file locally, which I did.

Uploaded again, went to the install page,, and everything
seemed to initiate okay,, except these messages where the
header should be. (below)

Any idea what's going on? Thanks,, R

in _config.php there's NO empty line or whitespace allowed after the closing ?>

Yes, I saw that and made sure it was correct.

Right now I think I'm having trouble installing in on a
Unix system. File permissions get a little confusing to
me, I've never worked with Unix before, I'm probably
have to pay to have it installed.

If it only would work right on the first install.
