Oracle would be foolish to discontinue offering MySQL as an open source db. Just expect that they start offering upgrades and add-ons.

No. Like with all open source software, if the current maintainer ever stops maintaining it or changes the license, someone else will step up and pick up where the last working version left. That's the beauty of open source :)
