AFAIK, the photoblog has been improved in 3.x series, try the latest stable 3.3.. i havent played much idk if it does what you want anymore, but at least switch to a 2.4.7 (.

that stinks... all i really need is the ability to make albums and have them show up instead of just the pics.

Yes, using categories as albums is definitely the way to go.

It's on the todo list to replace the textual list of categories with a thumbnails list of "albums".

What do you expect to get once you click on the thumbnail of an album? The most recent photo in that album or a thumbnail view of all photos in that album?

I would like to set this page as my start page when people click on PHOTOBLOG

Tried to set that in BLOG URL settings ,and the the "start" page works correct.

But clicking on a category for example would then give me : http://www.mario-jitske.nl/photoblog.php/dierentuin-amersfoort/?disp=catdir

And I do not see pictures but I see http://www.mario-jitske.nl/photoblog.php?disp=catdir

Anybody any idea how to do this the right way ?
