I think what you want is the link blog functionality where you put a title and then the URL and that will become a link.

don't put anything on the body of the post.

Ok ,I See, the only prob is the body of the post is the description of the link.
The website is a "linkdump", many link and a description for each link.

Also the link don't open in a new tabs now.

u can make the title to act as an link by typing the title as <a href='http://yourlink'> target="blank" </a>

Onliest thing is that when u click the permalink in for example the latest posts or latest comments, that the link will open the link you wrote and not your post.

Maybe someone else knows how to solve that, I would be helped with that too ;)
