Please help: How do I get past this to complete complete installation and use this great software.

I redid the installation anew and get this when I click on the admin login link:

corrupt upload / corrupt zip most likely.Is that a fantastico or another one-click install ?

if it is, get a decent ftp client and redo the install manually
