My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I unzip an upgrate SMF forum version file and it messed-up my public_html/index.php. Could anyone can give me the code page public_html/index.php so I could replace it. I did try to restore my back-up and nothing changed. If it's not possible on the site, please mail the file to me at sylvainbergeron007@hotmail.com

By the same, when I erase a blog categorie, let's say the blog7.php, is there a way the new blog created after, to be the blog 7again? I did made tests and I'm 14TH now.
