My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

After upgrading from 2.5.7 to 3.3.2 and/or 3.3.3, I have some buttons missing in the TinyMCE interface, most annoyingly "insert horizontal rule" and "insert named anchor".
Is there any way to get them back??
