My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hi, I wish to give users the possibility of creating their own blog during inscription...can anybody give me any advice on how to do this ?

Is this the only plugin that exists for this type of fonction ? I would like the user to be able to create a name too for their blog during the inscription and not as a seperate option....thanks for any ideas
