My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I like the new feature of providing a short url for posts, however I have yet to have one work as expected.

The short url for a post made this morning -- http://wtnh.tv/blogs/index.php/anchors/aT2 -- returned the following:

Sorry, there is nothing to display...

Well, of course there is if you go the full URL at http://wtnh.tv/blogs/index.php/anchors/2010/11/09/connecticuts-catch-22

Did I overlook a setting somewhere to make these active?
