[4.0.3] Blogs Not Found 404

My b2evolution Version: 4.0.3

My old blogs (1-2 year old) works fine, but my newly created (within 2 weeks) blogs does not seem to work. I created a blog after the upgrade just to make sure #9, and it doesnt work either..

I have checked everything, i m out of ideas
