My b2evolution Version: 4.0.3 (you guys really need to update this!!)

Being able to do the spam banning with the pop up window is nice, but now every time I do it, my browser locks up for about 5 seconds. I'm using the latest Firefox with WinXP. Is there a setting somewhere that would help alliviate this?
