My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

So here's what I've got in mind, a FreeHTML widget that allows the user the add Free HTML into a block just like what already exists. BUT, then the user can click something that lets them add ANOTHER block of of Free HTML, and another, and another, etc. These additional blocks would load sequentially (or randomly) on the pageload. So, when a visitor comes to the site they could potentially see a new quote for example, each time the page loads. Would this be cool or am I just nuts? Ok...so now we just have to find someone who can code this :D
