My b2evolution Version: 3.3

Can someone identify the secret to login or point me to the needed steps. My userid and passwords were created with authority less than administration. I successfully logged in and looked around and logged out. I have been unsuccessful to get back in. It keeps saying cookies not enabled or this login window has expired. If I try a password change, I get an email from our system that appears to me to say my userid and password are ok.

But any clicking on the URL returned to change password, I can not get pas the error "You have to use the same session (by means of your session cookie) as when you have requested the action. Please try again.

Using IE9, multiple clearing of browsing history and cookies. Cookie handling set to Accept and always allow session cookies. Still cannot get in. Running out of ideas. Any pointers appreciated. Thanks Andy
