i try to edit plugin and have that error

i can' t use setting edit or reload plugin or install new plugin.

existing one ore more original file in instaltion kit of b2evo version 4.0.5 to replace broken file in the site if that is the problem ?

i don t now how to fix that problem , can you help me ?
