[3.3.3] Help, blogger can't upload any file

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I installed the blog system of version 3.3.3 and set the locale as zh_CN_utf-8.

While a blogger click the "upload" in file manager page it always throws a 500 error.

below is the error message from apache' log
b2evolution error: \xe7\x94\xa8\xe6\x88\xb7\xe7\xbb\x84/\xe7\x94\xa8\xe6\x88\xb7\xe6\x9d\x83\xe9\x99\x90\xe8\xa2\xab b2evolution \xe6\x8b\x92\xe7\xbb\x9d\xe3\x80\x82 (files:add:) in /opt/apache2.2.11/htdocs/blogs/inc/users/model/_user.class.php at line 727

And I'm very confused with the error message like \xe6\x8b\x92\xe7\xbb\x9d\xe3\x80\x82

But if a administrator do that it works. Anybody could help me?

solved the problem. I put the blogger from "Blogger" to "privileged blogger" group it works. However since it's due to lacking of permisson it should give some clue not a 500 error.
