My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

hi, i am trying to customize the login page. can u guide me how i can do this.
i have read the documentation. it refers a URL

../blogs/inc/VIEW/login/

but i am unale to find this drectory. :(

That was rather outdated doc. What you need is in /skins_adm/login/ directory. Edit _html_header.inc.php and _html_footer.inc.php
