My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi, I tried to search for this but couldn't seem to get the right keywords.
Anyway, the evo tool bar at the top of the blog (running 4.0.5) has a weird url in it under my username (hhuntington2). I found it when I was getting a strange referral site in my stats.
the url is

and its the link for my username in the admin bar. The link just sends me to the contact form. The strange thing is it's intermittent. I only get it so often.

I'd like to look for the source file for evo_toolbar to see if it has any funky code placed in it.
