My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi i have been posting sidebar and page links fine but now i get this error ......

Supplied URL is invalid. (URL "www.gemma-sampson.co.uk" must be a full path starting with "/" or an anchor starting with "#".)

Its a perfectly valid domain so confused, it also fails upon putting other addresses in.

Any ideas how i can fix this please.
