How to add links to other blogs?

My b2evolution Version:

I have just set up my b2evolution blog (one of several planned) here:
http://nevils-station.com/blogs/blog5.php

I am using "4.0.5 released on 03/23/11"

I do not see how I add a sidebar with links to other Blogs.

CSS is impossibly complex for the people for whom I am setting up Blogs.
