[4.x] time on the log in page

My b2evolution Version: 4.x

Just installed b2e a couple days ago. I got it configured the way I want, mostly. But one thing is bugging the heck out of me. The time posted on the log in screen is one hour ahead. How can I change it?

You can set time difference in Global settings > Regional, try -1 hour
