My b2evolution Version: 4.1.1

I note that Leave a Comment appears to adopted an aberrant behaviour in the latest upgrade.

On a blog's first page the link 'Leave a Comment' does not appear, but on all subsequent pages of the blog it does. However, on the first page it will show 'x Comments' if any have been made. See www.cla.asn.au

As it is missing it creates layout issues for the first page (eg 2 lines spacings are missing).

Any thoughts
