My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

If you upgrade to version 4.1.2 and something goes wrong, you're on your own. Forget any help from any of the 2 or 3 people who still work with always absent FPlanque.
On nov 11 I upgraded from version 4.0.5 to 4.1.2
After upgrading I ran into three problems: Individual pages reloaded automatically and went blank. Tags got corrupted (Accented Spanish characters). I couldn't publish anything new.
I asked for help at this forum (see http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=23124) but never got any help from anybody.
I had to ask the hosting company to do a complete restore to a previous date and now the blog is back again but in version 4.0.5
I wonder if the two guys who still occasionally help at b2evolutions forum didn't know how to help or just didn't want to...
I wish I knew how to migrate my blogs content to a different blog script... FPlanque and co. just don't care about b2evolution's users anymore.
