I would to know "I can empty evo_useragents in phpmyadmin?" because it has big size file.
How?

evo_useragents
evo_sessions
evo_hitlog
evo_basedomains
evo_track__keyphrases
evo_items__prerendering
Useragents table was dropped in v4 so you may want to update to the latest version.
