Error: Call to undefined function: array_combine()

Today I installed version 4.1.2-stable using Fantastico through my provider. Everything seemed to go OK, the directory was created, and I got the success email. But when I go to log into the admin page, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: array_combine() in /home/icanfi5/public_html/WPBlog/inc/locales/_locale.funcs.php on line 663

It doesn't even give me a chance to log in. I'm really not sure what is going on here (not a php coder) since the installation was done automatically. Can anyone here offer an answer?

Install the latest version 4.1.3, this and many other errors are already fixed. You can easily patch your current 4.1.2 version.

On [url=http://b2evolution.net/downloads/index.html]this page[/url] scroll to "Quick upgrade patches" and download the 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 patch. Upload the files to your server overwriting existing.
