Hope. That didn't work. Here just try clicking on this link and see what happens.
Again, you need to delete the file index.html from your web root
Doesn't work: http://www.toppersbbs.info/index.html
Works..........: http://www.toppersbbs.info/index.php
Note the file extension!

That's why, Thank you. That works. See I didn't see the index.html file and I know I didn't add that file. and I didn't see that file before the install so I have no idea where that file came from. Any way thanks. I delete it and now ti works.
Thanks
I have a similar problem (after installing for the first time ever) in a sub-directory under the webroot.
Should I move the index.php file from the /blogs folder to the current location of the index.html file in the directory above?
The index.html file is currently in: www.mydomain.com/subdir/
Many thanks for your help.
Welcome to the forums!
If you installed in subdirectory, the blogs will work in a subdirectory. If you need the blogs in webroot, the easiest way is to move all b2evo files and folders.
Thank you! It's good to be here. :-) ...and I'm sorry to be such a dumbass newbie.
I don't understand what I have to do to leave everything more or less where it is but not arrive at the b2evo Hello page when I type in "www.mydomain.com/subdir/".
Thanks again for your welcome and help.
First, where do you want the blog to open? In a subdirectory or not? What files do you see in /subdir/ ?
Can you post a link?
