[4.1.x] [4.1.4] spam getting past recaptcha

My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

I'm on the latest version of B2evolution and I have the recaptcha plugin installed and all looks good on my site.
However my draft comments keep filling up with spam. Strangely I don't get an email when a spam comment is submitted but I do for real comments.
I only have 1 blog on my site and I have deleted the "Blog All" blog.

Can anyone think of places where comment submission might be by passing the recaptcha plugin?

It might be human-submitted spam, I don't see anything wrong on your website. You can just set the Basic Antispam plugin to reject comments that have a URL address.
