[4.1.x] Signup form

My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

I need a signup form for my blog ! I tried creating it , but the variable assignment is li'l hard for me as I'm a beginner student now ! Please if anyone can make it or give me tips and hints to make it !

Enable user registration on Users > User settings > Registration > "New users can register".
The form will be at

www.yourblogname.tld/index.php?disp=register

Thank you very much sir ! I had made a temporary Signup form with a change in the databases ! it cause re-verification of password everytime ! Now I got the perfect solution ! :)
