I have installed and verified that MySQL is running.
Created a database: b2evolution
Run IIS with PHP4.1 installed
Saved b2evolution to in directory req'd

- when I try to install blogs install, I get the following error message:

MySQL error!

Error establishing a database connection!

Are you sure you have typed the correct user/password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?

- I can connect to MySql thru the command line but cannot thru the b2evolution 'Basic Config' interface.

Any ideas?
