change all-blog to normal blog

I have the "all-blog" where it collect all the posts from the blogs.
I need to make another all-blog to collect the posts and the "old all-blog" to be a normal blog.
I need to know how to do it.

The blog number 1 will allways be the all-blog.
That is inheritent.
Blog All (agregator of all blogs) = blog number 1
