I don't think so, but if you can get permission to port it to b2evolution, there are some good instructions [url=http://b2evolution.net/man?p=44565]here[/url] for how to convert an existing layout into an evoskin.

I've ported it over myself on my site. Haven't talked to the original authors to see if I can distribute it yet.
