It looks like you didn't get all of the files uploaded to the server. Try downloading the 9.1 zip again and reinstalling.

i have reinstalled 3 times and 1 once with a old version but no such luck.

Which version of b2evolution are you using ?
Which version of php are you using ?

Could you use phpinfo to check if xml extension is intalled in your php ?
You should have something like that

XML Support active
XML Namespace Support active

i did not have a php-xml package installed im silly

i'm curious to know which php-xml package needs to be installed as i'm having the same error concerning the xml_parser_create() getting an undefined function call.

is this something that should be covered in the install somewhere?
