Publish Blog In English, But reader Can choose Language

I visited a blog recently (using eblogger, I think), which was published in English, but above each post was the option to read it in Spanish, French and a couple of other languages.

It apparently uses Google's translation feature to do this.

Is there a way to do something like this with B2?

It's possible, but you'd have to figure out how that site did it and then copy their method. :D
