By the way, I tried visiting your page and I just got a 'Connection Refused' error.

Try putting http:// in front of your baseurl.

It was a typing mistake, sorry. urlbase is set to ´http://www31.metropolis etc etc'
And yes, you will not be able to access the URL, because it is an internal server for development only :D
