I'd like the non-registered users not be able to use XHTML or post links at all, although they can type them in they just wont be hyperlinks

a even better idea might be to only allow registered users with 10posts or so allowed to post a link, by then i might trust them (maybe they can make one of those security images so bots dont register later on)

also where do we edit what XHTML tags we want available?
