a "more about this topic" plugin?

What abvout a "more about this topic" plugin? It would be easy i think: Just list the first 5 latest (or with most comments) articles with the same category in the sidebar. It would be VERY usefull.

Not a bad idea. But what do you do when a post has more than one category?
