Can't remember: only allow comments from registered users

Hi all. I'm running 0.9.1, and for the life of me, I can't remember how to allow comments only from registered users, and do so sitewide. There are now a kazillion topics on this board, and searching has proven futile for me.

I've been among the people lately who have been getting a flood of comments with either nonsense or a link to such addresses as google.com/url164. Yes, I've done the check ban and report, etc. but from what I can see, the spammers have either started probing the edges of capability in spamming b2evolution for a future attack, or they're just being vindictive asshats because we block spam.

Either way, I'd like the ability to restrict comments so that they have to at least create an account before they pull their crap on my site.

http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=5343 is a link to a post that covers 2 methods of comment moderation including the 'commenter must be registered' hack. There is both good and bad feedback on it, but that's to be expected.

BTW I don't know if it'll work with .9.1 or not because some things changed in subtle ways. As you work through the hack if you notice bits that are supposed to change from this to that and your files don't have this it'll be good to make a mental note of it so's maybe we can see how to get 'er done.
