Hi,

Sorry if I'm sticking my nose in things it shouldn't be in but I was trying out winmerge on the cvs version and an older cvs version I had.

In a lot of files this statement

* b2evolution - {@link http://b2evolution.net/}
* Released under GNU GPL License - {@link http://b2evolution.net/about/license.html}
* @copyright (c)2003-2005 by Francois PLANQUE - {@link http://fplanque.net/}
*

is gone.

Is it by accident or is there going to be a change in licensing?

Thnx,
Michel

If you take a look there's a "license.txt" file in every folder ;)

Yep, your right. Seeing it in winmerge when comparing a lot of files it just looks like a massive change and I couldn't resist asking this question.

Later on I realised that it wasn't as shoking as I thought it to be. :D

thnx,
Michel

The main reason for the change is that a lot of code is now dual licensed under GPL and MPL. Including both licenses in the headers would have been too much.

I'd ideally dual license verything but some third party code is GPL only.
