[1.8] how to delete comments moderation

Hello,

In 1.8 comments are moderated before they are published. How can I remove this feature ?

On an intranet, spam are not a problems, so I want to allow all comments.

Go to the blog-settings tab - advanced
There you can set the new feedback status.

Per default it is draft.
Make the default : published.
