1. Are you sure the database exists?
2. Are you sure the DB user is allowed to use that database?

Seems like $baseurl is not correct.

That's right! Sorry! I gave the problem to this forum and my webhost support guys. The Webhost guys found the errors and now the databases have been restored, too.
