Does the software enable this feature, automatically install subdomain url format like this: http://member1.mysite.com ?

(for example with autoblog or not)

And does I need this on my server:

your server has Wildcard DNS enabled. Microsoft Windows servers
that use IIS instead of Apache will not be able to use
subdirectory or subdomain URLs" ?
