I can confirm this.

Maybe it's a PHP problem. I've file a bug about it (http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=39382).

You can always disable the html checker ($use_html_checker = 0 in /conf/_formatting.php - this is however not advised in general).

You only need the ENTITY part.. but the other changes should not hurt also, rather optimize it.
